I’m an existing Eels Member. How do I access PARRA+?Updated 2 months ago

All existing Eels Members have already been set up with a PARRA+ account. 

To sign in to PARRA+, follow the steps below: 

1. Click here or on the ‘Sign In’ link in the menu on the PARRA+ homepage. 
2. Enter the email address linked to your Eels Membership. 
3. An email will immediately be sent to you from PARRA+. Click on the link in the email, and you’re in! 
4. You will stay logged into PARRA+ on your device until you choose to log out (via Account > Sign Out), or until you close your browsing session. 

With PARRA+, there’s no password or username to remember – whenever you want to access the platform again, just follow the above steps.
