What are the key differences between Basic, Standard and Premium packages?
Packages have varied number of nights. Premium package includes an Elite category ticket valued at $492 AUD, whereas all other packages include an Eels Supporter Bay ticket valued at $110 AUD.
How do I book a travel package and secure my place?
Fill out the booking enquiry form on the travel packages page, and a representative from our travel partner Elite Travel will be in touch within 24-72 hours to start the booking process with you.
What payment options are available?
Payment options are available, including credit card (via secure payment link or inhouse terminal, surcharges apply until October 2026), American Express Points (must be a true American Express card. Can be points + cash or payment in full with point
Are deposits required and are payment plans available?
Payment can be made in instalments with an initial deposit paid to secure the booking. No additional fees and charges apply. Initial deposit paid will be in accordance with airline and hotel terms and conditions.
