What is Paysquad?
Paysquad is the world's first buy now, pay together option at checkout. It lets groups split a purchase before anyone fronts the full cost.
How does Paysquad work?
Choose Paysquad at checkout, share your link with the group, and everyone chips in. Once the total is covered, the order is confirmed.
Do contributors need a Paysquad account?
No. Contributors can chip in through the link they receive from the squad leader.
Who is the squad leader?
The squad leader is the person who starts the Paysquad at checkout and shares the link with the group.
Can I change the people in my squad?
Share the link with the people you want to invite. Anyone with the link can open the squad page and chip in.
Can I use Paysquad for more than one product?
Yes. Paysquad is for the order total at checkout, not just one item.
What happens after I chip in?
The squad progress updates. When the group reaches 100%, the order is confirmed.
Can I see who chipped in?
Yep, everyone's listed in the squad panel. Amounts stay private.
Is Paysquad secure?
Paysquad is built for checkout payments. Payment details are handled through secure payment infrastructure, and contributors chip in through the Paysquad link.
When does the order complete?
The order completes when the group reaches 100%. The merchant then fulfils the order through their normal process.
When do I get charged?
Only once the squad completes. If it doesn't, no one pays.
What if the squad doesn't complete in time?
Nobody pays. The hold on your card is released automatically.
Can the leader cancel?
Yes. We'll refund anyone who's already paid, usually within a few days.
