What does using Ticketmaster mean for me as an Eels Member?
As an Eels Member, the main change is that you’ll use Ticketmaster to manage and purchase tickets when required. For Ticketed Members, your match access via your Physical or Digital Membership Card will remain the same unless otherwise advised.
Do I still use my Member ID to buy additional tickets?
Yes. When purchasing additional tickets for friends or family, you’ll be prompted to enter your Eels Member ID during the purchase process. This will unlock access to any eligible Member pre-sale or Member pricing
Can I forward my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend a game?
Absolutely. If you can’t attend a match, you can forward your ticket to friends or family directly from your Ticketmaster account. We recommend forwarding, accepting, and adding tickets to a digital wallet before arriving at CommBank Stadium on match
Can I purchase accessible tickets online?
Yes. Accessible seating tickets can be purchased online via Ticketmaster, subject to availability.If you require additional assistance or have specific accessibility requirements, our Membership Team is happy to help.
How do I access my 10% discount?
To access your Member discount on selected seating categories, enter your Member ID in the “Enter Offer Code” field. Select your seats, then scroll through the pricing options to view the Member price.

What is the child and junior age range for tickets?
Children aged 0-4 as at the day of the match are eligible to receive free entry into CommBank Stadium, as long as the child/junior is sitting on the lap of the parent or guardian. Note: If a child price ticket is not available for a certain category
What is the family ticket policy?
A family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 juniors (as per Ticket and Entry Conditions Policy). Those attending as a family do not need to be related to each other.
How do qualify for concession tickets?
