Can I change my delivery address?Updated 3 months ago

If you need to change the delivery address on your order you have two options;

1. If your parcel has not been dispatched, please get in contact with our customer service team. Details can be found here.

2. If your parcel has been dispatched, you will need to use your Australia Post MyPost account to change the delivery address.

*Changing your address prior to your delivery confirmation email is dependant on the status of the order within our warehouse, our team will endeavour to assist you best we can, but we cannot guarantee an address change for every instance
