How do I redeem my membership voucher?Updated 2 months ago

If you have a valid 2025 Parramatta Eels membership, you’re entitled to a merchandise voucher as part of your package. You should have already received an email with your voucher code.

To redeem your voucher:

1. Shop online at our store.
2. Head to the checkout.
3. Copy the voucher code from your email.
4. Paste the code into the Gift Card box on the payment screen and click Apply.

Alternatively, to automatically apply the discount to your cart, simply ensure you're logged into your Eels Online Store account.
