To return an item please follow these steps: 

1. Print and complete your return form HERE

2. Enclose your return item(s), receipt, completed returns form in a suitable postage bag 

3. Affix your return label and ensure it is addressed to: ATTN: SHOP RETURNS, PARRAMATTA EELS, LOCKED BAG 1947, KELLYVILLE NSW 2155

4. Take your parcel to the nearest post office, or drop it into your nearest red Australia Post Box 

If all terms and conditions are met, once your item is received your return will be processed within 48 hours, please allow additional time for shipping or processing.
