How to Redeem Your Tickets

1. Log in to your Parramatta Eels Account Manager.
2. Select your game under 'My Events.' Your available game entitlements match your Membership package (e.g., a 4-Game Flexi Membership allows you to redeem four games). Click 'View Event Details' on the Exchange for Game Choice tile. Repeat for each game selection.
3. Click 'Exchange' (top right corner).
4. Select the ticket(s) marked 'TBC' and click 'Continue' to choose your game.
5. Choose the game you want to attend.
6. When the seat map appears, select your preferred section and seat(s). Click 'Continue' in the cart to proceed to checkout.
7. Review your selection and click 'Submit'.
8. Accept the Terms & Conditions under 'Order Summary' and click 'Place Order'.
9. Your tickets are now redeemed! To print them, click 'Go back to My Events'.
10. Select the game you just redeemed tickets for and click 'Print' (top right corner).
11. Select your seats and click 'Continue' (bottom right corner).
12. Click 'Print' when prompted. Your ticket will download as a PDF, ready for printing and scanning at the game."
