How to Redeem Your Tickets
General Admission Members are not required to prebook tickets. Your Member card allows you to scan in on the day of the game.
If you would like to enquire about purchasing additional tickets for home games, please contact the Membership Team to check availability.

Members can print their game day tickets via their online Account Manager. Ticket Printing is also explained in the "How do I redeem my tickets?" section of the Help Center.

All ticketed Members will receive their E-Membership pass via email prior to the commencement of the 2025 NRL Season. If you have not received yours, please contact the Membership Team.
