I hold a General Admission Membership – do I need to prebook my seating?

General Admission Members are not required to prebook tickets. Your Member card allows you to scan in on the day of the game.

How do I print tickets at home?

Members can print their game day tickets via their online Account Manager. Ticket Printing is also explained in the "How do I redeem my tickets?" section of the Help Center.

When do tickets for NRL go on sale?

Tickets for the 2025 NRL Season will go on-sale in early 2025. Members should ensure that their contact details are up to date in order to receive the latest Club updates.

Can I get tickets sent to my mobile?

All ticketed Members will receive their E-Membership pass via email prior to the commencement of the 2025 NRL Season. If you have not received yours, please contact the Membership Team.

If you purchased your membership through our Ticketek platform you will receive your ticket closer to the game sent from Ticketek
