I’ve purchased/renewed my Membership but can’t access the store. What do I do?Updated an hour ago

If you have recently purchased or renewed your 2027 Membership, please allow some time for your Membership details and Member Store access to be updated.

Please also ensure you are using the details linked to your Membership account. If you are still unable to access the store, contact the Parramatta Eels Membership Team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Any Memberships renewed or purchased prior to November will be able to access the Eels Member Store once it opens in November.
