What if my Pack is Returned to the Sender (RTS)Updated 25 days ago

If your membership pack is returned to us due to an issue not to the fault of your own, we will facilitate a re-send. 

In examples of wrong address or left with the post office for an excessive amount of time, we can organise to have this re-sent, but there will be associated postage costs.
