When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and Member card?

Membership Packs will arrive within 3 weeks from the Purchase Date.Please note: You will receive your Digital Membership Card (For all Ticketed Members) which can be used to gain entry into the game if you have not received your Physical Card yet.

Is there a cost associated with Member pack delivery?

No. There is no delivery cost associated with Member pack delivery. Costs will apply if Member packs need to be re-sent to Members.

Do you ship overseas for members?

We ship our Membership packages to most international locations. If you have any enquiries regarding this, please contact the Membership Team.

Do you facilitate returns?
