When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and Member card?
For any Memberships purchased after this first-batch, packs generally take 3-4 weeks to arrive after purchase.
Is there a cost associated with Member pack delivery?
No. There is no delivery cost associated with Member pack delivery. Costs will apply if Member packs need to be re-sent to Members.
