Is there a cost associated with Member pack delivery?
There is no delivery cost associated with your first order through the Eels Member Store. A small delivery fee will apply to any subsequent orders placed using remaining Membership credits or additional spend.
Do you ship overseas for members?
We ship our Membership packages to most international locations. If you have any enquiries regarding this, please contact the Membership Team.
Do you facilitate returns?
For faulty or damaged items, you will be entitled to a replacement item/s depending on your order. For change of mind or sizing issues this will be based on the request and subject to availability but will not be guaranteed.To facilitate this request
What if my Pack is Returned to the Sender (RTS)
If your membership pack is returned to us due to an issue not to the fault of your own, we will facilitate a re-send. In examples of wrong address or left with the post office for an excessive amount of time, we can organise to have this re-sent, but
