When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and Member card?Updated 22 days ago
The first batch of 2026 Member Packs have been delayed.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected vessel delays and subsequent clearance interruptions at the port, our Membership packs have been held up in transit. As a result, we’ve been informed that it is now unlikely that packs will arrive prior to Christmas.
Please note every effort is being made to have packs released and dispatched as soon as possible - and subsequently you will be notified via email when your pack/s are lodged with Australia Post.
For any Memberships purchased after the 28th November, your member pack will be dispatched in January 2026.
